Lisa Heiden-Kimball LMHC
The majority of my practice, approximately 81-89%, is comprised of OCD and related concerns as I have chosen to focus almost exclusively on my OCD specialty. I started specializing in OCD in 2014, and I have worked with many individuals.
Greetings, I specialize in OCD and related concerns such as perfectionism, phobias, skin picking and hair pulling. I completed the BTTI and Advanced BTTI through the IOCDF and have attended multiple IOCDF conferences. I have also completed studies through the OCD Training School and additional ongoing continuing education. I individualize the therapeutic process using techniques from Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT).
I provide services to folks from a diverse community including individuals from various socioeconomic groups, LGBTQIA+, and country of origin. I also support clients with their maternal mental health.
I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and supportive care.
