I have a private practice that provides gold standard evidence-based treatment for mild to severe OCD and related disorders across the life span. At least 95% of my practice is dedicated to treating anxiety and OCD spectrum disorders, often co-occurring with depression and/or ADHD. I specialized in the treatment of OCD and related disorders during my post-doctorate training in 2016 – 2017, and since then have worked full-time, continuing to treat this population.

I attended a PsyD. program that was CBT-oriented and trained students in evidence-based treatments. I completed training at a child and adolescent anxiety disorders center, where I began my experience with the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders using ERP. I completed my post-doc at a specialty OCD center, and remained there for several years until I opened my own practice. I received specific training and supervision around ERP for OCD, and other evidence-based treatments such as DBT and ACT. I am a SPACE-certified clinician and incorporate family in treatment.
