Psychologist

Narrative of Services:

Dr. Holland offers empirically-supported treatments in an outpatient private practice setting. He works with clients struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorders and anxiety across their lifespans, treating children, adolescents, and adults. His OCD work comprises roughly 50% of his caseload and focuses on implementing Exposure and Response (Ritual) Prevention in a tailored and supportive fashion. During treatment, family members and loved ones are often incorporated in order to ensure clients have appropriate support throughout the week. The long-term goal is to help my clients eventually “be their own therapists” by tailoring ERP and CBT to each client’s unique situation.
