Tishanna Hollins, PhD
Individuals with OCD and related disorders comprise a substantial portion of the practice.
I treat individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and eating disorders. I utilize a variety of interventions based on client preference and symptom presentation including behavioral activation, exposure therapy, DBT, and CBT.
I have undergone supervision from IOCDF providers on how to effectively treat individuals with OCD. I have supported clients with OCD to reduce their symptoms and accomplish their goals.
I identify as a Black female therapist. A significant portion of my caseload consists of racial/ethnic minorities as well as LGBTQ+ clients.
I have completed coursework, continuing education, and taught a course on multicultural factors in psychology. I have worked with numerous minority clients to assist them with meeting their goals and to process their experiences. I regularly attend a social justice meeting to discuss topics related to minorities and mental health.
