Narrative of Services:

The Anxiety Research Center is commited to helping people through therapy and research. 90% of the caseload is within the anxiety disorder spectrum, with 75% of these witihn the OCD spectrum (e.g., hoarding, body dysmorphic disorder). Traditional weekly and intensive formats are utilized with a strong emphasis on ERP, including therapist assisted and house visits. CBT is the base for all therapies at ARC, and we specialize in adapting proven protocols to be culturally and religiously relevant.

Training Description:

Anxiety disorders have always interested me, which has led me to complete an internship at the BioBehavioral Institute where 90% of my caseload was OCD, and later a fellowship at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston University. I continued my research at Azusa Pacific University, currently give workshops to Chinese universities and hospitals on the use of CBT and ERP, and have established the Anxiety Research Center in Mission Viejo to help people through therapy and research.
