Approximately 90% of my individual therapy practice is devoted to treating OCD and co-occurring anxiety disorders. I provide specialized outpatient psychotherapy for adults experiencing OCD, intrusive thoughts, compulsions, reassurance-seeking, avoidance, intolerance of uncertainty, and related anxiety symptoms. Treatment is individualized and primarily utilizes evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and behavioral interventions. I also provide therapy for related mental health and relationship concerns. Services are offered through individualized in-person and telehealth sessions, with a focus on helping clients reduce OCD-related impairment and develop greater tolerance of uncertainty and anxiety.

I have clinical experience assessing and treating OCD and OCD-spectrum disorders across multiple clinical settings, including specialized work with OCD clients at NOCD and experience addressing OCD-related symptoms during my internship and other therapist roles. My training and practice have included Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Habit Reversal Training for OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), and related anxiety disorders. I have conducted clinical assessments, developed individualized treatment plans, provided psychoeducation, and delivered individual therapy. I have also participated in ongoing professional training and consultation focused on evidence-based approaches to OCD and related disorders.
I have experience working with clients from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and personal backgrounds across college counseling, inpatient, outpatient, and private-practice settings. My clinical work has included supporting individuals with different identities, family structures, life experiences, and mental health needs. I prioritize culturally responsive care and consider how a client’s background and lived experiences may influence their mental health, relationships, and treatment goals. I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, understood, and comfortable discussing their concerns.
