My practice specializes in the assessment and treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders, with a significant portion of my caseload consisting of individuals with OCD. I have treated clients across a range of OCD presentations and severity levels, including those with co-occurring anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and eating-disorder symptoms. Treatment is individualized and evidence-based, incorporating Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused approaches.
I use an individualized, evidence-based approach that prioritizes the client’s primary concerns while addressing how symptoms interact. For co-occurring anxiety, I integrate OCD-specific treatment with strategies that support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and reduced avoidance. When eating-disorder symptoms are present, I assess their relationship to OCD, anxiety, and underlying patterns and coordinate with other providers when appropriate.
I have several years of experience treating individuals with OCD and related disorders, with OCD comprising a significant and specialized portion of my clinical caseload. My training includes specialized education in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), and the integration of Internal Family Systems (IFS) with OCD treatment. I have also participated in ongoing OCD-focused clinical consultation and supervision, as well as continuing education and ethics training related to evidence-based OCD care. I continue to pursue specialized training and consultation to strengthen my competency in treating diverse OCD presentations.
