Narrative of Services:

I provide in-person (Utah county) and online sessions for people struggling with OCD. I am licensed in Utah, Arizona, Idaho and Washington. Over 65% of the people I treat have OCD, many have co-occurring disorders.

Training Description:

I was trained in ERP by the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) in 2020. I began learning I-CBT in 2022 and receive regular supervision and additional training from an owner of the OCD Training School. I made it a point to continue to attend virtual and in-person trainings on OCD-specific topics so I can stay up-to-date on research and continue to improve my clinical skills.
