Narrative of Services:
I work with clients of all ages. I have extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with OCD and/or an OC related disorder. Additionally, I work with clients who also struggle with anxiety, depression and other stressors as these often coexist. I work in partnership with my clients to decrease their symptoms, make sustainable changes and improve their overall quality of life. Other areas of specialty include social anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, relationships, career or academic exploration, and life stressors. I create a supportive and compassionate environment.

It is not uncommon for struggles to coexist. We also treat depression, anxiety, ADHD and other mood disorders.

Training Description:

For over 8 years I have utilized CBT, exposure and response prevention, narrative therapy and mindfulness approaches to drive goals for treatment. I will work in partnership with you to develop goals for treatment. I work to create a warm environment for you to feel comfortable exploring any and all concerns. Treatment begins with a phone consultation to explore your intentions for treatment and to schedule an initial session. My hope is that therapy can be an empowering place to change the way you relate to yourself, others and the world around you.

Diversity Statement:

I excel at infusing the counseling process with creativity, imagination, and humor along with using clinically tested and evidenced-based interventions to help my clients meet their goals. Along with a client-centered approach, I incorporate CBT, ERP, DBT, family systems and creative modalities to guide treatment. I am passionate about my work and I strive to create an empowering space to challenge the way you relate to yourself, others and the world around you.
