Adrienne Inscoe PhD
I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, as well as CBT for depression and anxiety disorders. Additionally, I provide Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) Treatment for Skin Picking and Hair Pulling Disorders.
I provide treatment for co-occurring disorders, including depression and other anxiety disorders (e.g., generalized anxiety disorder, specific phobia). Treatment structure involves prioritizing targets for therapy and implementing skills informed by CBT.
I earned a dual Ph.D. in Child Development and Clinical Psychology at the University of Minnesota. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Columbia University in New York and a post-doctoral fellowship at Duke University, where I received training in evidence-based interventions for OCD, anxiety, and co-occurring conditions.
