Dr. Jacobsen’s practice is fully dedicated to offering high quality specialty CBT for anxiety, OCD spectrum disorders, and comorbid conditions (e.g., insomnia, depression). She offers Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), including intensive outpatient protocols and community/home visits, the ComB model, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Dr. Jacobsen received supervised training in high quality CBT/ERP for anxiety conditions and OCD spectrum disorders while completing her master’s and doctoral degrees at the University of Georgia. She subsequently completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Mayo Clinic with an emphasis in the study and treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD spectrum conditions. She has been treating OCD and related conditions for over 15 years and has received supervision from top clinicians in the field. She has since provided supervision and workshops on the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders.
