Training Description:

I have been working as an anxiety specialist for over 5 years, more recently beginning to focus on the treatment of OCD. I have substantial training in Exposure an Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) both of which fall under the umbrella of the Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT). I have attended the BTTI training offered by IOCDF and will be completing supervision hours to complete the process of receiving certification. I am a faculty member at Washington University in St. Louis where I teach evidence based treatments (particularly ACT) to graduate students.
