Narrative of Services:

My practice specializes in OCD, compulsive internet use, and anxiety. Approximately half of my practice presents with these conditions. I have treated and supervised tens of dozens of child and parental anxiety cases, including postpartum mental health conditions. More recently my practice is focused on the treatment of OCD and related disorders.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

In addition to OCD, I also treat anxiety disorders, internet addiction, and depression. I use evidence-based and holistic methods to treat these conditions.

Training Description:

I received live 1:1 training in ERP and ongoing 1:1 supervision with an OCD specialist/clinical psychologist in NYC who holds a faculty position at NYU and provides supervision for doctoral students at Pace University. I have trained in Fundamentals of Exposure-Based Therapy for OCD and Inference-Based CBT for OCD. I regularly participate in trainings through Cognitive Behavioral Institute. I completed Postpartum Support International’s 2 day training for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and have a decade of experience supporting maternal mental health. I am trained in the SPACE Program for child anxiety and OCD via Yale Child Study Center.

Diversity Statement:

I am fortunate to work with multicultural populations across California. My services are available to individuals and families across income brackets, including lower income clients on Medi-Cal.

I train yearly on cultural competency issues, including race, religion, and neurodevelopmental differences. I attended a faith-based graduate program and feel comfortable with people who would like to address issues related to spirituality. I am truly privileged to serve a broad array of populations across California. I enjoy learning clients’ various belief systems, especially when they are a source of meaning, strength, and resilience. I respect the values of my clients and I strive for cultural humility. My practice is welcoming of all.
