Narrative of Services:

I am a Licensed Psychologist at Vivid Psychology Group and the majority of our practice is dedicated to evidence-based treatment for OCD. I work with adults (18+) across the full range of OCD presentations, with particular expertise in perinatal and postpartum OCD and anxiety for new and expecting parents. I also treat generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, and perfectionism, with a special interest in supporting high-achieving professionals such as lawyers, engineers, and healthcare workers.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I work from a trauma-informed, integrative approach and am equipped to treat conditions that commonly co-occur with OCD, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and perfectionism. My goal is to treat the whole person, addressing co-occurring symptoms without losing focus on the OCD work itself. I draw on other evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, and DBT as needed.

Training Description:

I have formal training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD alongside specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and PTSD, allowing me to integrate trauma-focused work directly into OCD treatment. I received training while under supervision, have extensive experience with ACT, CBT, and DBT, and am trained in SPACE, a parent-based treatment for anxious children and teens.

Diversity Statement:

My graduate training and clinical experience have shaped an approach to diversity that is grounded in genuine curiosity. I draw on an intersectional lens to understand which identities, or their interactions, are most salient for each client. I am mindful of my privilege as a psychologist, as well as the systemic forces that shape my clients’ lives. My aim is to cultivate safety and trust, centering clients as experts on themselves.
