Narrative of Services:

My private practice is 80% OCD with multiple diagnoses, and the remaining cases are dual or multiple diagnoses without OCD present. I work with OCD, ADHD, and autistic adults.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I provide neurodivergent affirming treatment for OCD. If your ADHD symptoms are making it hard to access exposure therapy treatment, we will problem solve and modify the treatment to be more appropriate for you. I can also guide you with skills that are specific to ADHD and autism to assist you with completing exposures and feeling confident that you can enter OCD recovery.

Training Description:

My training has been through members of the scientific advisory board and other IOCD affiliates.

Diversity Statement:

I worked in schools with undocumented immigrants as a bilingual social worker, helping families navigate systems in addition to education including immigration court, child welfare, domestic violence services, and more.

My social work program and subsequent continuing education focused primarily on social justice. I have hours in working with LGBTQ+ populations, kink and BDSM, supporting clients of color, guidance on being an anti-racist therapist, and supporting clients with immigration trauma.
