My practice provides outpatient psychotherapy for adults experiencing OCD, anxiety disorders, ADHD and related conditions. I offer evidence based treatment for OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and incorporate Inference-Based Cognitive Therapy (I-CBT) principles when appropriate. I also specialize in working with individuals with co-occurring OCD and ADHD, integrating executive functioning strategies with evidence based OCD treatment. Services are provided via individual therapy through telehealth and in-person sessions.
Treatment is individualized and integrates evidence-based approaches for each condition. For OCD, I primarily utilize ERP and I-CBT when clinically appropriate. For ADHD, treatment focuses on executive functioning supports, behavioral strategies, environmental modifications, and skills to reduce reliance on willpower alone.
When OCD and ADHD co-occur. I can help clients distinguish between uncertainty driven compulsions and executive functioning challenges so that interventions target the correct mechanism. This often involves adapting ERP to account for ADHD related barriers (such as using external structure, breaking tasks into manageable steps, or time limited exposures) while ensuring these accommodations support treatment rather than reinforcing compulsions.
My practice has been focused on OCD and OCD spectrum disorders for the past five years. I have completed the General BTTI Course with follow up consultation sessions. I have taken continuing education including ERP Basics with Ben Eckstein, Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Disorders of Overcontrol, Anxiety Certification Course: Integrate CBT and Exposure & Response Prevention for
