Abbie Kelley, MA, LCPC
Narrative of Services:
I utilize CBT, exposure and response prevention, narrative therapy and mindfulness approaches to drive goals for treatment. I strive to offer warmth and empathy to my clients. Treatment begins with a phone consultation to explore your intentions for treatment and to schedule an initial session. Goals for treatment, as broad or specific as you prefer, are also discussed at the initial session. My hope is that therapy can be an empowering place to change the way you relate to yourself, others and the world around you.
With over twelve years of experience, I specialize working with kids, teens, emerging adults and young adults. I have extensive experience working with individuals who struggle with OCD. Additionally, I work with clients who also struggle with anxiety, depression and other stressors. I work in partnership with my clients to decrease their symptoms, make sustainable changes and improve their overall quality of life. Other areas of specialty include social anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, relationships, career or academic exploration, and life stressors. I create a supportive and compassionate environment.
