Narrative of Services:

Dr. Alex provides evidence-based, client-centered therapy for children and adults facing a variety of concerns, including OCD, anxiety, adjustment challenges, and trauma-related disorders. Dr. Alex also supports those navigating trauma, female-identifying health concerns, and pregnancy or postpartum experiences.

My approach is compassionate, professional, and tailored to each individual, helping clients build resilience, advocate for their mental and physical health, and work toward lasting wellbeing.

Training Description:
Dr. Alex graduated with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kentucky and completed her APA-accredited clinical internship through the University of Kentucky Internship Consortium Program in 2023. Dr. Alex’s internship included clinical training experiences at Women’s Health – Primary Care, Orofacial Pain, the University of Kentucky Counseling Center, and Eastern State Hospital, an inpatient psychiatric facility. Dr. Kelly has significant experience with the treatment of adults and children with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, anxiety disorders, adjustment concerns, mood disorders, perinatal concerns, and trauma-related disorders. Dr. Kelly is trained in evidence-based treatments including ERP, CBT, DBT, CPT, and CAMS.
