Our practice provides short term treatment for anxiety, OCD and related disorders primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure response prevention.

I have been treating OCD for four years at the Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center in Charlotte where I received specialized training. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have also atteneded numerous trainings and workshops focusing on OCD and related disorders. Prior to joining the team at the Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center, I worked in a private practice focused on anxiety treatment and as a school counselor in Charlotte.
