I offer evidence-based therapy for adults, young adults, and teens via HIPAA-compliant video software. Many of the people I work with present with obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, and/or depression, and I primarily use ACT-informed ERP to help patients learn to spend less time and energy tangled up with unpleasant thoughts and feelings, and more time doing what matters most!
I combine ERP strategies for OCD with other empirically-supported treatments (e.g., CBT: BA) to address co-morbid anxiety disorders and depression.
I’m a licensed psychologist practicing in Atlanta, Georgia. I earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Emory University and completed my pre- and post-doctoral training at the Emory School of Medicine. I received intensive training and supervision in several forms of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to treat anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and depression. My training involved working with clients of all ages, and I have experience working in intensive and outpatient settings.
