Pillars of Wellness is a multi-location outpatient mental health agency serving Northwest Indiana and beyond through in-person and telehealth care. We recently launched our OCD Specialized Services program, offering evidence-based treatment including ERP, CBT, and ACT for children, adolescents, and adults with OCD or OCD-like presentations. The OCD Service Line reflects our commitment to clinical excellence, intentional growth, and expanding access to effective care for individuals with OCD and related disorders.

I have two years of experience treating clients with OCD and related disorders and also live with OCD myself, which deepens my empathy and commitment to this work. I developed and presented an OCD-focused continuing education training, and under supervision achieved the distinction of being an approved Category 1 continuing education provider through the State of Indiana Behavioral Health Licensure Board. I greatly enjoy supporting individuals on their journey of facing fears, reducing compulsions, and reclaiming their lives through evidence-based approaches.
