Narrative of Services:

I provide customized individual therapy to adults integrating mindfulness with a variety of evidence based treatments. Over 75 percent of my clients have OCD or related disorders.

Training Description:

I have over 7 years of experience treating individuals with OCD. I received extensive training in ERP during my time working at a residential treatment center for OCD and anxiety disorders. I have over 5 years of experience working military veterans as an outpatient therapist with the Department of Veterans Affairs and received certifications in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
