I provide individual outpatient psychotherapy for adults, delivered in person and online. Approximately 30% of my practice focuses on OCD and related disorders. Sessions are conducted within a structured CBT framework, including assessment, case conceptualization, and evidence-based interventions. I also provide psychoeducation on mental health through public-facing content in Turkish.

I work within a structured CBT framework. Treatment begins with a comprehensive assessment and case conceptualization of how OCD and co-occurring conditions interact. Treatment targets are prioritized collaboratively with the client, and I use evidence-based CBT interventions tailored to each condition. Progress is monitored regularly, and the treatment plan is adjusted as needed.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 5 years of experience treating OCD and related disorders. I am certified by the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, which includes structured training, supervised casework, and competency evaluation in CBT.
