Focus of practice is predominantly on OCD treatment.

As a therapist, I focus on clients presenting with anxiety disorders, most commonly OCD. I am exclusively telehealth as it allows for broader client access to treatment services. I am certified and trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also have extensive training and experience in Inference-Based Therapy (I-CBT), another evidence-based treatment for OCD.
