Narrative of Services:

50% of Audrey’s practice is for clients with OCD and/or OCD Spectrum Disorders.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Audrey believes in treating people, not problems and also offers therapy for anxiety issues, depression, racial trauma, disordered eating, relational issues and procrastination issues, to name a few. She adopts a sequential approach where she helps clients with one issue at a time, to maximize treatment effectiveness.

Training Description:

Audrey has 6 years of experience treating clients with OCD and/or OCD Spectrum Disorders.
She is intensively trained in Exposure and Response prevention through the IOCDF Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and the Cognitive Behavior Institute.
She is also certified in the provision of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through the Cognitive Behavior Institute.
Audrey is thoroughly trained in Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT) and currently furthering her education in providing Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for OCD.

Diversity Statement:

Audrey identifies as Black and is of African descent. Her area of focus, since starting her private practice in 2020, is working with Professionals and Executives, especially those from racialized populations.

She is trained in using the Racial Trauma Treatment Protocol: A 12-Session CBT Approach for Therapists Working with Racial Wounds,
and offering services to indigenous clients.

She also practices culturally competent T.E.A.M-CBT.
