Our clinic treats OCD and anxiety disorders with individual therapy (pediatric birth-12), teens, young adults, and adults. We offer family therapy and family psychoeducation. We offer individual 2-3 hour ERP intensives and are launching group therapy for OCD and anxiety across the age spans in 2026.

Licensed as a LCSW in both Arizona and Illinois, Kristin earned her MSW from the University of Illinois and trained in the Center for Anxiety and OCD’s partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming at Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital in IL under the mentorship of Dr. Patrick McGrath. She has over 10 years of experience specializing in anxiety & OCD. Kristin currently owns a specialty group practice, Outsmarting Anxiety & OCD, dedicated to the treatment of anxiety & OCD and supervises all therapists within the practice. Kristin also co-founded OCD Arizona, an IOCDF affiliate and was president for 5 years.
