Approximately 90%+ of my work is with teens and adults with various disorders related to overcontrol, OCD, and OCD spectrum disorders. Services include individual therapy and RO DBT skills classes.

I specialize in intersections of OCD with disorders of over control including chronic anxiety, social anxiety, chronic depression, eating disorders, autism, ADHD, BFRBs, and overcontrolled personality disorders such as OCPD, Avoidant PD, and Dependent PD.
