Narrative of Services:

The majority of my practice serves OCD and Related Disorders sufferers. This is a speciality clinic founded specifically for this population to maximize access to quality, evidence-based OCD psychotherapy with concurrent attention to quality of life and overcoming obstacles both presented by the OCD and how particular barriers may obstruct OCD recovery.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Treatment structure is an outpatient setting meeting 1-2 times per week, or less, depending on the needs of the patient. Appointments are generally 50 minutes in length.

Training Description:

-13 years of diverse experience in adult mental health including; individual psychotherapy, intensive outpatient programming, inpatient psychiatric social work and Department of Veterans Affairs.
-Specialized, evidence-based psychotherapy training and experience in CBT, I-CBT, ERP, ACT, CPT for trauma and CAMS for suicidal patients.
