We will start with the basics of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is the evidenced based OCD treatment. We will build upon your learning and work towards targeting an obsession or compulsion as a group. Because treatment is Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)-based with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as adjuncts, as group progresses, participants must be willing to complete exposures targeting their fear that is part of the OCD group therapy. Groups are limited to adults over 18 years of age except for our teen group.
