Narrative of Services:

My approach to creating meaningful change in your life starts with forming a trusting relationship with you. I believe forming relationship is the first and most important step in therapy. I value the courage and patience it takes to form trust and the individuality that each person brings. I enjoy working collaboratively and creating goals together as a team. I value, respect and acknowledge you as the expert on yourself. The therapy journey is different for everyone and therefore I take a client-centered approach that involves being as flexible as possible.

I specialize in providing therapy for OCD, anxiety and family conflict. I work holistically to better support you and your relationships with others.
