As a clinical psychologist and an expert in treating OCD, I specialize in treating anxiety disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I provide treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and families. The evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques include Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), habit reversal techniques, cognitive therapy, relaxation techniques, and other coping techniques and tools.

Training Description:

Dr. Landsman is a leading psychologist in the treatment of anxiety disorders in children, adolescents, and adults. She received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park followed by specialized training in cognitive-behavioral treatment during her internship and post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She continued specialized training with Dr. Jonathan Grayson (a recognized leader in OCD treatment) and Dr. Lee Fitzgibbons at The Anxiety and Agoraphobia Treatment Center in Philadelphia. She is the co-author of Loving Someone with OCD: Help For You and Your Family published by New Harbinger Publications.
