I have specialized training in the treatment of OCD and related disorders, including social anxiety, specific phobias, and health anxiety. I also provide culturally-responsive and affirming therapy to multiethnic, Latinx, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities. Additionally, I have an interest in working with mental health practitioners seeking their own therapy.

I have been involved in the mental health field for 10 years and have been practicing professional therapy for 7 years. I have been treating folks with OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders for a over a year. I have continued training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD treatment.
