Simone Leavell-Bruce PsyD

I provide individual therapy to adults and adolescent. I also provide telehealth group spaces focused on various OCD topics. Additionally, I hold affinity space for people of color who suffer from OCD and related disorders.

I consider myself to be an Expert in the assessment and treatment of OCD. I trained at an OCD specialty clinic and trained under leading OCD specialists. I now provide supervision, consultation, and professional presentations on how to assess and treat OCD to other professionals. I have been a BTTI faculty member for the past 4 years.

I completed my dissertation on racial social justice activists and the impact of race based trauma impacting racialized groups. Much of my research and training has been focused on understanding the unique needs of BIPOC. A significant percentage of my clinical case load is made up of BIPOC. I take pride in understanding the importance of culture, identity, diversity. I strive to provide culturally responsive care.
