Ivy is a licensed therapist who specializes in evidenced based psychotherapies to help people skillfully manage challenges, build healthier relationships, and find more balance in their life. With over 10 years of experience and intensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Ivy focuses on practical tools that work in real life—not just in theory. Her style is warm, direct, supportive, and down-to-earth. Therapy can feel intimidating—Ivy will help make your sessions feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can be yourself and create meaningful change.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
While equipped to treat a variety of challenges, Ivy specializes in working with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, worry, stress, difficulties with emotion regulation, mood disorders, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, relationship difficulties, psychosis, and professional and academic challenges. Additionally, Ivy offers professional coaching to enhance performance, confidence and leadership for working professionals. She also has expertise in the psychological treatment of insomnia and tinnitus.
Training Description:

Ivy completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of New Mexico with an emphasis in Human Growth and Development, and a master’s in social work from the University of Southern California. Ivy specialized in developing expertise in evidence-based mental health treatments and systems of recovery in public mental health settings.

She has received advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, high fidelity Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP).

Ivy holds certifications in Prolonged Exposure for PTSD and Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Depression.
