I provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with OCD and related disorders, including anxiety disorders, PTSD, and family-related difficulties. Approximately 30-40% of my clinical work is dedicated to OCD and related conditions.
Treatment primarily includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), alongside family-based and trauma-informed interventions.
I also provide psychoeducation and caregiver support to improve symptom management and functional recovery.
I have extensive experience delivering evidence-based treatment for OCD and OCD spectrum disorders across child, youth, and adult populations in community mental health settings.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and have completed specialized training in OCD-focused interventions, including structured ERP approaches and treatment for complex anxiety presentations.
My clinical work is informed by ongoing consultation and supervision in evidence-based treatment modalities, as well as continuing professional development in OCD and anxiety-related disorders.
My clinical practice serves a diverse population, including English-, Mandarin-, and Cantonese-speaking individuals and families, as well as a broad range of Asian immigrant communities.
I have extensive experience providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that considers language, migration history, and family systems. I regularly work with Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking clients and families, often adapting evidence-based treatments such as CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to ensure cultural and linguistic accessibility.
My approach emphasizes cultural humility, collaboration, and equitable access to effective OCD treatment across diverse communities.
