Erica M. Lindenberg LCSW
I offer in-person and virtual therapy services using modalities such as Exposure Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness interventions and training, and self-compassion techniques. Approximately 70% of my practice are individuals with OCD and/or OC Related Disorders. I offer therapy services in English and Spanish.
I have been treating individuals with anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, and trauma since 2018. In 2022, I opened Erica Lindenberg LCSW with a focus on the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD. I have completed trainings by the International OCD Foundation, consultation with IOCDF and The Center for Anxiety & Behavior Therapy, the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science, Postpartum Support International, CBT School, and PESI.
I have practiced therapy in Spanish, working with the Latino community since 2017. I completed my practicum at a Latino mental health nonprofit in NC. I have spent a significant amount of time in Latin America and lived in Peru. I feel passionate about reducing stigma about OCD among marginalized communities. I have worked with individuals of many different backgrounds. I strive to be an affirming provider for individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
I participated in regular trainings while working at Mary’s Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center, based out of Washington DC regarding working with diverse populations. I completed a training called Rooting out Racism by Service to Justice. Majority of my clients during the first five years of practice were Latino/Hispanic. I provide therapy in English and Spanish.
