Narrative of Services:
My OCD work is predominantly PANS/PANDAS, which comprises over half of my caseload, the rest being child Anxiety & comorbidities. I have assessed over 100 PANS/PANDAS families, most of whom present with OCD or OCD-like symptoms. Services include assessment, psychoeducation, CBT-informed psychological treatment, and structured parent-led support. While not all families proceed to therapy due to the need to prioritise medical stabilisation, many engage in ongoing psychological care. Work is primarily with children, delivered through individual sessions with active parent involvement.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Focused on PANS/PANDAS.
I use a CBT-informed treatment structure adapted for the episodic, neuroimmune-driven features of PANS/PANDAS and comorbid OCD. My work prioritises stabilisation, functional capacity, and emotional regulation before progressing to symptom-specific interventions. Treatment is flexibly paced and modified to account for cognitive load, sensory sensitivity, fatigue, and fluctuating presentation. Interventions may include psychoeducation, individual therapy, and structured parent support, with an emphasis on accommodations, engagement, and relapse prevention rather than exposure intensity alone.

Training Description:
I have been working with OCD (and Anx/Dep, neurodiversity etc) in children, adolescents and adults since Jan 2016. I’ve engaged in multiple workshops, webinars and supervision over the years, and lead PANS/PANDAS supervision with Australian peers and connected to international PANS/PANDAS therapists. I am engaged in a part time PhD on assessment and treatment of mental health in PANS/PANDAS.
