Narrative of Services:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing outpatient psychotherapy to adolescents and adults at the Hamden location of Connecticut Psychiatric & Wellness Center, LLC. My primary areas of training and experience include the treatment of anxiety, depressive, and obsessive compulsive and related disorders. I draw from a variety of treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy to teach skills for tolerating and coping adaptively with stressors and emotions. I am trained in and provide Exposure and Response Prevention for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I flexibly treat other co-occurring anxiety and mood disorders before or after ERP, depending on which presenting problems are causing the most distress and/or impairment. Additionally, some of the skills and strategies I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy can be useful for a wide range of issues and/or incorporated into ERP.
Training Description:

Graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work in 2013, in practice since this time
Completed 4-Day Intensive Workshop: Exposure and Response Therapy for OCD through Cognitive Behavior Institute in 2023
Completed BTTI in 2025

Diversity Statement:
As a social worker, I am committed to providing a supportive and affirming space for all clients to engage in therapy, with sensitivity to the role of identity, culture, and social/environmental factors in individuals’ lives and the therapy process.
