Kathleen MacNaughton PhD

I have over 10 years of experience treating OCD and related disorders. In my private practice in Wellesley, MA I offer treatment (CBT, ERP, habit reversal) for children, adolescents, and adults with OCD, Trichotillomania, Hoarding, BDD, and Tics/Tourettes. Sessions are conducted in my office, unless special circumstances require home visits for successful completion of ERP. I have collaborative relationships with several psychiatrists who provide medication management for OCD and OC related disorders. I have also served as a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School, teaching and supervising psychiatry residents in the practice of CBT, ERP, and habit reversal.

My training was completed at the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology, University of Florida (PhD), Brown University (pre-doctoral internship), and the Department of Psychiatry, University of Florida (post-doctoral fellowship). Post-doctoral training involved working in the OCD intensive outpatient treatment program and maintaining a case load of individuals with OCD and OC related disorders. I attended the IOCDF Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) in 2000. I have 10 years of post-doctoral experience treating individuals with OCD and OC related disorders in my 2 independent private practices (Gainesville, FL and Wellesley, MA).
