Narrative of Services:
My practice specializes in the diagnosis of OCD and the management of OCD with evidence-based medication treatment across the lifespan. A significant portion of my caseload includes individuals with OCD and related anxiety disorders, often alongside co-occurring depression, ADHD, panic disorder, insomnia, and mood disorders. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, individualized medication management, incorporate ERP- and CBT-informed strategies into treatment, and collaborate closely with ERP therapists and other members of the treatment team.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
I specialize in OCD and anxiety across the lifespan, with expertise in treating co-occurring depression, ADHD, panic disorder, insomnia, and mood disorders. I provide personalized treatment plans that include medication when appropriate, while incorporating practical ERP- and CBT-informed strategies into my sessions. I also collaborate closely with therapists to support lasting progress.
