Narrative of Services:

All employees at our practice, Seva Counseling, have attended the CBI training ERP training. I have treated ~50 individuals with OCD and OC Related Disorders. Since getting my temporary license in June 2023, approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of my caseload has been treating OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders under my supervisor’s guidance.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I utilize CBT and exposure-based approaches to treat co-occurring anxiety disorders (e.g., Panic Disorder). I also use Prolonged Exposure to treat PTSD.

Training Description:

I have been using an exposure-based approach to treat OCD and Anxiety Disorders under the guidance of my supervisor who has over 5 years of experience treating OCD. I attended the Cognitive Behavioral Institute 4-Day Intensive Workshop in ERP in May of 2023.
