The majority of my caseload consists of individuals diagnosed with OCD and related conditions. I have specialized in treating these disorders since 2012, with a subspecialty in body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). My treatment approach integrates ERP, ACT, and CBT. When treating BFRBs, I primarily use the Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) model.

I have provided treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) since 2012, beginning during graduate school under the supervision of an experienced Denver-based clinician. I completed a practicum at the Children’s Hospital Colorado Outpatient Clinic and subsequently accrued my licensure hours under the supervision of a senior provider with more than 20 years of experience treating OCD. In 2018, I participated in a workshop at an ICODF conference and have continued to attend conferences focused on evidence-based OCD treatment. My additional professional training includes the TLC Professional Training Institute program in the treatment of body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) and SPACE training.
