A significant portion of my practice (80% or more) focuses on treating OCD and anxiety-related disorders using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD. Since 2016, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing OCD, phobias, panic, health anxiety, and related concerns. I provide individualized, evidence-based treatment that is collaborative, gradual, and supportive. My practice also includes treatment for co-occurring conditions such as depression, ADHD, and ASD, with an emphasis on helping clients reduce avoidance and reconnect with meaningful daily functioning.
I provide ERP for OCD alongside treatment for common co-occurring concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, eating disorders, and tic-related symptoms. Treatment is individualized and may integrate HRT, CBT, behavioral activation, skills-based support, psychoeducation, family involvement, and coordination with other providers when appropriate. Sessions focus on reducing compulsions and avoidance while improving overall functioning, emotional regulation, and quality of life. I work collaboratively and aim to create a supportive, affirming environment where clients can build tolerance for uncertainty and engage more fully in daily life.
I have approximately 10 years of experience treating OCD and anxiety-related disorders using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My training includes intensive ERP training completed through NOCD, experience working at Rogers Behavioral Health and NOCD, and ongoing specialized education in OCD treatment. I have attended IOCDF’s OCD Con conferences in Austin, Orlando, and virtually. I have experience treating a wide range of OCD presentations across children, adolescents, and adults, including contamination, harm, taboo thoughts, perfectionism, health anxiety, and phobias. My approach emphasizes collaborative, gradual, evidence-based exposure work focused on reducing compulsions and avoidance.
