Shayna McGraw, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
95% of my caseload consists of OCD clients, with progress tracked via assessments for measurable outcomes. Treatment moves through structured phases — assessment, active treatment, and tapering maintenance — with most clients reaching maintenance within approximately 12 weeks. I believe healing begins when a client becomes willing to face what’s hard, and I work alongside them at their pace while encouraging movement toward lasting change. For the past year, I have maintained this caseload full time.
My training in treating OCD and anxiety-related disorders has been through NOCD, where I completed their clinical training and certification program in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and in Habit Reversal Training (HRT), for licensed therapists. This included structured coursework in protocols specific to OCD and other anxiety-related presentations. I have applied this training over the past year, during which 95% of my caseload has consisted of OCD and/or anxiety-related clients. I also consult with therapists at other agencies who suspect their clients may have OCD, helping them assess for OCD and anxiety-related disorders.
