Narrative of Services:

Circle M Counseling is based in Salado, Texas and exclusively offers specialty therapy services for OCD and Eating Disorders to teens and adults. Using evidence-based Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), clients will gain skills, knowledge, and hands-on practice to live their meaningful life no longer dictated by their thoughts.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I specialize in eating disorder treatment for Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating, Orthorexia, and ARFID utilizing ACT, CBT, and ERP modalities. I am HAES-aligned, Weight-Inclusive, and incorporate Intuitive Eating in my work.

Training Description:

I have worked with eating disorders and OCD since 2019. I have worked at all levels of care for eating disorder treatment and completed my internship hours at an IOP clinic exclusively for OCD treatment. I plan to pursue my BTTI certification once selected from the waitlist for upcoming trainings.
