Kimberly Miles, LICSW

I am a psychotherapist in Seattle and work for Pacific Medical Centers at their First Hill site. To be seen by me you must have a primary care physician at Pacific Medical Centers (which has multiple sites throughout the Puget Sound area). I work only with adults. I am a generalist and treat multiple mental health conditions, including OCD. There is a waitlist for new patients.

I am trained in and draw from multiple therapeutic modalities, including: Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have also completed advanced training in: Clinical Hypnosis, Perinatal Mental Health Treatment, and Substance Use Disorder Treatment.

I am trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and have worked with individuals with OCD for many years.
