Narrative of Services:

OCD treatment is a core focus of my practice at Zoe Rose Therapy. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with OCD and anxiety. The majority of my caseload involves OCD or a related disorder, and I have experience treating individuals with OCD co-occurring with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or disordered eating patterns. I offer in-person services in Chicago, Illinois, and telehealth across Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. My primary treatment modality for OCD is ERP combined with ACT.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for ADHD, targeting executive functioning and unhelpful thought and behavior patterns.

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for anxiety disorders including panic, phobias, social anxiety, health anxiety, and separation anxiety.

CBT and ACT for generalized anxiety and mood disorders.

Mindfulness-based approaches and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) integrated throughout treatment.

Training Description:

I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Michigan, where I also earned my Bachelors in Psychology. I have 5+ years of clinical experience across school and outpatient settings, including training and experience treating OCD. I have completed OCD and ERP trainings through NOCD and and am currently completing the I-CBT training through the OCD Training School. I also practice ACT, and I am dedicated to continued learning in exposure-based and emerging treatment approaches and to connecting with other individuals in the field.
