Narrative of Services:

I have over a decade of experience working with complex anxiety disorders. I rely heavily on exposure therapies and ACT-based approaches. I enjoy working with folks with OCD and anxiety disorders using effective, evidence based treatments.

Training Description:

I completed an intensive 4-day OCD training through the Cognitive Behavior Institute Center for Education, in addition to other intensive trainings and consultation. I also completed a postdoctoral fellowship on anxiety and trauma disorders.
