Caitlin specializes in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as her approach. Her style is short-term, action-oriented, and collaborative meaning client and therapist work in partnership to make meaningful and lasting changes. Caitlin has over 4 years experience providing therapy within the children’s OCD and anxiety residential care program at Rogers Memorial Hospital. In this role, Caitlin has assisted children and families in achieving life-changing improvements. Caitlin has limited availability for outpatient clients through Westside Psychotherapy in Madison, WI. Westside Psychotherapy is a private practice group that meets a variety of mental health needs.
Caitlin treats patients with concerns outside of OCD as well as those with co-occuring disorders such as Anxiety, Depression, Mood Dysregulation, life adjustment, and ADHD. Treatment includes assessment of primary issues and collaborative definition of a plan to address complex client concerns.

Caitlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin. She obtained her Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s counseling psychology program and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women’s Studies from St. Olaf College. She has over a decade of experience in the field of mental health providing treatment to children, adolescents, college students, and adults.
