Jessica Nasser PhD
I specialize in treating all anxiety disorders, including OCD. I use interventions that are supported by science and research, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (including exposure and response prevention, or ERP) and mindfulness-based interventions. I conduct exposure-based interventions (in vivo, imaginal, interoceptive) both in the office and, when appropriate, in real-world settings (e.g., homes, schools, businesses, restaurants). Over 50% of the practice I work with is dedicated to treating OCD.
I also treat anxiety disorders (including selective mutism), illness anxiety disorder / health anxiety, depressive disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder
Facilities accessible by clients of all mobility levels: Yes
I have been specializing in the delivery of cognitive behavioral therapy to treat all anxiety disorders, including OCD, for the last seven years. I have trained and worked in programs within academic and medical centers (including Emory’s School of Medicine) that specialize in anxiety and related disorders. I remain active in the academic community and I regularly consult with other OCD experts to remain up-to-date on the latest treatment and research findings.
